BRIGHTON: HOMEWARE STORES

On Sunday myself and Hannah, from Hannah Alice Interiors, went on a day trip to Brighton, I had so much fun exploring the lanes and mooching around the many homeware shops.

I wanted to put together my favourite shops from the day for you guys so if you’re ever in Brighton you can check them out for yourselves.

They have a number of stores dotted around the UK, mainly in the London area. They do however have an online shop so its easily available for everyone.

I love their homeware range, from small accessories to furniture they have it all.

I would definately say they are more on the pricey side with the bar cart in the bottom right corner retailing at £375, and the TV cabinet in the top right was £475.

I was quite excited when I saw this shop, I thought they were just an online retailer. I will say though, they currently have a unicorn theme window display that nearly put us off going in, now I love a unicorn as much as the next person but there was alot going on in their display.

Never the less we went in and oh boy was I glad we did. They have a fantastic botanical range in at the moment and I wanted to buy it all. They also had some lovely pieces that would be great in a nursery, I believe it was called the Cloud Collection.

They also have some unique homeware pieces with a collection dedicated to cats (each to their own).

This was probably my favourite shop of the day, It was amazing.

They had a great collection of unique pieces at what I thought were really reasonable prices. Hannah and I were actually glad we got the train into Brighton as if we had a car we would of been filling it in with all sorts of lovely pieces from this store.

If you are in Brighton this is a must to visit.

Abobe is situated in the North Laines.

You will not leave this store empty handed, This store is full of gorgeous pieces.

Their store is really nicely laid out, I think a well laid out store is really important as you have a better shopping experience. My personal highlight from Abode was their beautiful ceramics, all their pieces are very design led.

They also have an online store, I highly recommend taking a look  http://www.abodeliving.co.uk

They had some really cute pieces in here, I wouldn’t say it was design focused, but they had some great staple pieces at really decent price points.

I actually didn’t know French Connection had a homeware department, So I was super excited when we saw a home display in there window.

They actually had some really nice pieces. Their style had a lot of boho and Scandinavian influences, i’m not sure if this is the only style they do or if this is just their current collection.

I know what you’re thinking, here she goes again banging on about Homesense.

I can’t help it, I FRICKING LOVE THIS SHOP!

The store in Brighton is actually quite big so Hannah and I just had to have a mooch.

All in all Brighton is defiantly a must go for all Interior Design lovers. Even their cafes have incredible interiors, We went to Red Roaster for lunch and their decor was just WOW, it was so good in fact that there is a blog post coming solely dedicated to it, so watch out for that!

Hope you enjoyed this post!
